For any customers with a balance remaining in their account after closure, Unibet will mail a check for the full balance to the verified address on file.
Please contact our support team and be prepared to provide documentation for us to verify the new address. We will ask for a proof of address document in the form of a bank statement or utility bill, along with a driver’s license. Please be advised that this is the minimum requirements and we reserve the right to request additional documentation.
Our teams are working diligently to process all outgoing checks. Please allow up to 4 weeks for check processing. Checks may take 10-14 days to arrive once processed. If you haven’t received your check and it’s beyond that time frame, please contact our customer support team.
